摘 要:利用图表法对10CrNi3MoV钢手工电弧焊接维修预热温度进行估算,并分析了化学成分、焊接热输入、板厚对预热温度的影响。结果表明,随着钢板的碳当量增加、焊接热输入降低和板厚增加,焊接预热温度升高。采用图表法预测10CrNi3MoV钢焊接预热温度与实际斜Y型抗裂性试验结果具有较好的一致性,用图表法估算焊接预热温度具有较好的工程适应性。Preheating temperature was estimated for 10CrNi3MoV steel by manual arc welding service using chart method. The effects of chemical composition, heat input and plate thickness on the preheat temperature were analyzed. The results demonstrate that preheat temperature increases with the increase of carbon equivalent and plate thickness, and the decrease of heat input welding. Compared with the results of Tekken-type tests (y-groove), both results are identical on the whole, the suitability of the chart method for determining necessary preheating on 10CrNi3MoV plate is fairly good.
