摘  要:弧焊逆变电源是一种直流焊接电源,与传统的交流焊接电源和整流式焊接电源相比,具有众多优点。本文首先设计分析PMIG弧焊逆变电源整体结构,接着就设计的弧焊逆变电源电压电流双闭环系统控制器给出了模糊控制原则和相应的设计结构,最后通过实验验证测试,表明本系统能够取得良好的控制效果以及能够保证弧长和焊接过程的稳定。这一研究对于PMIG弧焊的进一步发展具有一定的意义。Welding inverter power source is a kind of DC welding power source, and compared with the traditional AC welding power source and commutator welding power source, the welding inverter power source has many advantages. The PMIG welding inverter power supply was designed. Then, the overall structure, the design of arc welding inverter power supply voltage current double closed loop system controller can give the fuzzy control principle and the corresponding design structure, which can get through the experimental verification test. The results show that the system can achieve good control effects and guarantee arc length and welding process stability. The research results for the further development of PMIG welding has certain significant.
