摘　　要：通过对第四军医大学西京医院产检科前来孕检的孕妇长期观察、问卷调查及脚型数据测量,对国内目前孕妇专用鞋现状总结分析,认为中国孕妇专用鞋未来市场潜力巨大。结合孕妇生理、心理等方面的变化,梳理了孕妇专用鞋特殊结构设计思路,对孕妇专用鞋应当具备的功能进行总结,以期引导及促进孕妇专用鞋的设计研发、成品制造及市场开拓。By the long-term observation, questionnaire and foot type data measurement of pregnant women in Xijing Hospital Affiliated The Fourth Military Medical University, the current situation of special shoes for pregnant women were summarized and analyzed, and the view of a great potential special shoes market in the future pointed for pregnant women is put forward. On the basis of combining with physiological and psychological change of pregnant women and combing the design ideas, the necessary functions of the shoes were summed up for guiding and accelerating pregnant women shoe design, producing and marketing development.
