传统腺样体刮除术与低温等离子腺样体消融术的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较低温等离子腺样体消融术与常规腺样体刮除术的临床疗效。方法:将2012年7月至2013年1月入住郑州大学第一附属医院并确诊为腺样体肥大的54例患儿随机分为等离子组和对照组,分别对两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛程度、术后疼痛持续时间及治愈率进行两两比较。结果:等离子组与对照组相比,手术时间长,术中出血量少、术后疼痛轻、疼痛持续时间短并且治愈率高。结论:等离子腺样体消融术与剥离法相比,虽然费用高,但术中出血量极少,患者术后疼痛明显减轻,治愈率高,是值得推广的一种手术方式。Objective： This paper aims to compare the clinical effects between the Low-temperature plasma adenoid coblation and the traditional adenoidectomy. Methods： To divide the 54 cases of children who were hospitalized in the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university from July 2012 to January 2013 and were diagnosed as adenoidal hypertrophy into two groups the plasma group and the control group. Then compare the operative time, the during operation, the postoperative pain degrees, the duration of postoperative randomly, that is, amount of bleeding pain and the cure rates of the two groups respectively. Results： Compared with the control group, the plasma group needs longer operative time, leads to less intraoperative hemorrhage and less postoperative pain, its duration of pain is shorter and the cure rate is higher. Conclusion ： Compared with the dissection method, despite the fact that the cost of the low-temperature plasma adenoid eoblation is higher,with all of its comparative advantages and higher cure rate, it＇ s a safe and effective surgical method which is worthy of promotion and generalization.
