摘　　要：在分析公交规划建设、运营管理及安全环境的基础上,建立了常规公交发展水平评价指标体系,进而运用层次分析和广义函数相结合的方法建立了综合评价模型,最后运用该方法对于兰州市常规公交发展水平进行了综合评价,并对评价的结果进行了分析.研究结论对政府相关部门有一定的参考意义.On the basis of analysis of transit planning, construction, operation management and security envi- ronment,the development level evaluation index system of conventional public transport is set up in this paper, then the combination of AHP and generalized functions is used to establish comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, this method is applied to making comprehensive evaluation for Lanzhou conventional bus level of development.
