摘  要:赵家里特大桥8号门式墩采用钢盖梁跨越,钢盖梁总重217t,采用工厂预制、分阶段运输、工地拼装、整体吊装的施工技术进行安装作业。重点解决三个问题:第一,在施工过程中,因紧靠既有营业铁路线,施工场地狭小,需对吊装方案进行专门的设计和优化,通过摸索与研究,制定出一套适合狭小场地的吊装布置标准化流程;第二,针对大型构件的三机抬吊翻身作业,整理了各起重机负载分配如何计算,起重吊机选择及作业流程的重点与难点;第三,在吊装机械及超起半径、质量的选择上,不拘泥于起重机提供的额定起重量,通过计算,得到一套基于额定起重量基础上的超起半径、质量的选取办法,并成功地应用在该门式墩的吊装作业中。The no.8 portal pier in Zhaojiali bridge uses steel cap beam to cross the running railway.The beam is total 217 tons,prefabricated in factory,transported by segment,assembled in site and integrated hoisted.Three problems need be solved.Firstly,during construction,because of narrow construction site,the hoisting scheme of the beam should be designed and optimized specially.By exploration and research,a standard hoisting flow in narrow site is set out.Secondly,appointed to large member turnout working with three cranes,this paper shows how to calculate the each crane's load,selection of crane and working flow of crane.Thirdly,by calculation,a set of selection method on over the radius and weight based on rated lifting weight of the crane gained.
