大村庄制对农村选举的消极影响及解决路径研究

摘　　要：近年来,大村庄制改革如火如荼的开展起来,大村庄制实施以来,对农村选举产生了巨大的影响,其积极影响主要体现在扩大村委会成员的选择范围,有利于提高村委会的成员素质;但是消极的影响更为普遍,如:加大了直接选举的难度,使得合并村后的村委会选举更为复杂,加剧贿选现象,可能会出现大村主导选举等现象。妥善解决大村庄制改革下合并村带来的农村选举问题,对于进一步推进大村庄制改革具有重要意义。In recent years, the big village system reform has been carried out in full swing, and it has great impact on the election of village.It improves the quality of villagers＂ committee by expanding the scope of the choice of candidates.However, the negative influences are more obvious that this reform may make direct election more complex, and even lead to big village leading election phonomenon.Handling these negative impact appropriately has significant influence on further reform of the big village system.
