摘　　要：目的探讨采用带袢纽扣钢板重建喙锁韧带治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法自2010年10月至2011年10月,我科采用带袢纽扣钢板技术重建喙锁韧带治疗14例肩锁关节脱位患者,男11例,女3例,年龄25～67岁,平均50.1岁,均为TossyⅢ型。利用Karlsson评价标准进行术后评估。结果所有病例均获得随访,时间4～14个月,平均9.8个月,参照Karlsson评价标准进行疗效评价,优9例,良5例,无再脱位及其他并发症。结论应用带袢纽扣钢板治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位近期疗效满意,复位固定牢固,术后功能恢复好。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of reconstructing cocacoclavicular ligament using endobutton tech- nique for dislocations of the acromioc｜aviclar joint. Methods From October 2010 to October 2011,14 patients with acromioclaviclar joint dislocations were treated using endobutton plate to reconstruct cocacoclavicular ligament in our department. They were followed up and there complete clinic data kept. All of them were Tossy Ⅲ type. Among the total,there were 11 males and 3 females,with a mean age 50.7 years old （range 25 to 67 years）. The therapeutic ef- fects were evaluated by Karlsson criteria. Results All of the patients were followed up for 4 to 14 months,mean 9.8 months. According to the Karlsson score criteria, 9 patients obtained an excellent result, 5 good. No new dislocation and other complications occurred aftr operation. Conclusion Endobutton plate is effective in treating Tossy Ⅲ type acromioclavicular joint dislocation in a short term,could achieve satisfactory outcomes,such as sustainable and stable fixation.
