摘　　要：对计算机图像在处理技术交通事故案件中的应用进行了阐述,如技术交通事故案件图像处理系统的建设方案,包括处理系统建设方案、前端建设方案。在此基础上,详细设计了系统软件平台的各项功能,包括平台软件基础功能、平台软件管理功能、平台软件扩展系统功能,并提出了系统需要改进的地方和后续的开发工作。This paper discusses the technology of traffic accident cases image processing construction scheme of system, including monitoring system construction principle and the overall design idea,the present situation analysis,system construction overall scheme,monitoring front construction scheme.On this basis,the detailed design of the system software platform for the various functions,including platform software basis function,platform software management function, platform software extended system function,and puts forward the system areas in need of improvement and subsequent development work.
