摘　　要：针对传统的单层卫星网络结构在通信过程中存在着错位通信、时延指标过高、网络阻塞概率大、网络抗毁性差等缺陷,设计一种新的移动卫星通信接入网络设计方法,满足高实时性和强探测性的卫星网络设计要求,提出卫星网络动态优化设计方法,给出其计算方法,一定程度上表示了网络的动态性,并为下一步的路由选择提供便利。利用仿真方法对网络各项指标进行仿真分析,证明所提出的设计方法具有一定的优势,为新一代通信卫星的设计提供思路。In traditional single satellite network structure in the communication process there are a dislocation communication,time delay index higher,and network congestion probability big,network anti-destroying ability obvious defects.Design a new mobile satellite communication access network design method.Meet high real-time and strong exploratory satellite network design requirements,put forward the satellite network dynamic optimization design method is presented,and the calculation method and,to some extent,said of the dynamic characteristics of the network,and for the next routing provide convenient.The design is completed,using the simulation method to the index of the network simulation analysis,prove that the proposed method has a certain advantages,for a new generation of communication satellite design to provide ideas
