摘　　要：针对八钢南疆1800m3高炉工艺设计特点,介绍了皮带上料、PW型串罐无料钟炉顶、陶瓷杯炉底炉缸结构、除盐水密闭循环冷却系统、顶燃式热风炉、煤气干法除尘及TRT发电、转鼓法炉渣处理工艺等一系列的先进实用新技术。For the 1800m3 BF. techniques design characteristics at Bayi Steel in southern Xinjiang, this paper introduces a series of practical new technique, leather belt to anticipate up, bell less top of PW, the ceramics cup stove the bottom structure, desalinated water closed circulation cooling system, top burner type hot air stove, BFG dusting and TRT generate electricity,BF.slags processing by rotary-drum etc.
