摘  要:目的观察Wister大鼠肝蒂内主要结构及其形态特点。方法 8%蛛红明胶经左心室灌注,手术显微镜下观察肝门静脉、肝总动脉、肝固有动脉、胆总管的位置,并测量其长度、外径及与各分支的角度。结果肝左、中、右管在前,肝动脉左、右支居中,肝门静脉左、右支在后;肝管汇合处最高,门静脉分叉处次之,肝固有动脉左、右支分叉处最低;肝动脉充盈直径为(0.4±0.1)mm、门静脉(1.2±0.2)mm。结论明胶灌注标本能够显示肝蒂内管道的基本结构特征及其排列关系,为肝脏疾病的临床及基础研究提供实验依据。Objective To investigate the structure and morphological characteristics of hepatic pedicle in Wister rats. Methods The length, diameter of vein of hepatic portal,hepatic artery, connnnn bile duct and their angles were observed raider micrnscope after injec- tion of 8% red gelatin into the left ventricle. Results The Hepatic duct,hepatic artery and portal vein were ordered front to back. And the convergence points of hepatic duct,portal vein and hepatic artery were from top to bottom respectively. The filling diameter of hepatic artery and portal vein were (0.4±0.1 ) mm and ( 1.2 ± 0.2 ) mm respectively. Conclusion The specimens of gelatin perfusion can display the basic structural features and arrange of hepatic pedicle pipeline,which could provide experimental data for the clinical and basic research of liver diseases.
