山东省潍坊地区正常成年汉族人鼻部形态测量研究

摘　　要：目的了解山东省潍坊地区汉族成年人的外鼻解剖形态、鼻唇形态关系和鼻面部特征,为唇裂鼻畸形整复手术和鼻整形术提供相关依据。方法对182例潍坊地区健康汉族成年人的外鼻及面部进行观察与测量。结果测量所有被测者的面宽、形态面长、鼻高、鼻长、鼻宽、鼻深、鼻根高、鼻根宽、鼻孔宽和鼻孔高、鼻小柱高、鼻翼长、鼻翼高等数据,同时测量各种鼻自身角度与周围组织夹角,获得鼻型及鼻唇、鼻面比例。结论潍坊地区汉族成年人外鼻形态多为理想鼻型,鼻侧面形态男性微凸型比直型略多,女性多为直型,鼻尖中等,鼻翼型中等,男女鼻指数都为中鼻型。Objective To research the external nose anatomical morpholo~＂ anti the relationships between the nasolabial form and nasal facial features of the han nationality adults of Weifang city in Shandung province. The dates frum this study will provide evidence not only fnr rhinoplasty but also for cleft lip nasal deformity reconstructive surgery. Methods The external nose and facial of 182 healthy adults during tire han nationality aduhs of weifang were measured. Results All measurements were sensible form surface width,morphologic faeial height, nasal height, nasal breadth, nasal depth, nasal root height, nasal root width, nostrils width and nostrils height, eolumella height, the wide and the height of the wing of nose and so on. At the same time,by measuring various kinds of the nasal own angle with their surrounding tis- sue,it obtained tire nasal type and the proportion of nose between lips and surface. Conclusion The external nose morphology of the ban na- tionality adults in the weifang area mostly are ideal nasal types. During the nasal side nf the forms of male, Slightly convex type ones are slightly more than straight ones,and the nasal side of the nose of female is mostly straight form. Moderate form of the tip of the nose,medium type of nose,nasal index of male and female is in the nasal type.
