摘　　要：文章对新疆农业企业、科研院所和高校进行了调研,收集、整理了历年来农业植物新品种保护的数据,分析了新疆农业植物新品种保护的现状和存在的问题,并从加大宣传力度、加强科技管理、制定激励措施等方面提出了加强新疆农业植物新品种保护的建议。Through surveying of agricultural corporations, research institutes and universities in Xinjiang, history data on the registration of new varieties of plants were coUected. The current situation and problems about protection of new plants varieties in Xinjiang were analyzed. Some advice were put forward, including enhancing the propaganda work, improving management, constituting incentive measures.
