摘　　要：目的:研究咪唑斯汀对慢性荨麻疹患者外周血干扰素(IFN)-γ和白介素(IL)-4的影响。方法:观察咪唑斯汀的临床治疗效果;采用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法测定咪唑斯汀治疗前后慢性荨麻疹患者血清中IFN-γ和IL-4的含量,并与正常对照者进行比较。结果:治疗前慢性荨麻疹患者血清IL-4显著高于正常对照组(P≤0.05),IFN-γ显著低于正常对照组(P≤0.05),经治疗后,患者血清IL-4已经显著低于治疗前(P≤0.05),但仍显著高于正常对照组(P≤0.05),治疗后血清IFN-γ显著高于治疗前(P≤0.05),且与正常对照组差异已无统计学意义(P≥0.05)。并且IL-4与IFN-γ的浓度呈负相关(R=-0.825,P≤0.05),随着外周血IL-4浓度的降低,外周血中IFN-γ的浓度逐渐升高。结论:咪唑斯汀能调控慢性荨麻疹患者体内细胞因子IL-4与IFN-γ水平。Objective： To study the influences of mizolastine on the levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 in peripheral blood of pa- tients with chronic urticaria. Methods： The efficacy of mizolastine in treating patients with chronic urticaria was assessed. The levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 in peripheral blood from both patients and normal controls, 50 subjects for each, were measured by ELISA before and after the treatment. Results： In comparison with normal controls, before the treatment the serum level of IL-4 was significantly higher and the level of IFN-γ was significantly lower in patients with chronic urticaria （P≤0.05）. After treatment, the serum level of IL-4 in patients was significantly reduced （P≤0.05）, but still significantly higher than in normal controls （P≤0.05）. In contrast, the serum level of IFN-γ in patients was significantly elevated after treatment, which was simi- lar to that in normal controls （P≤0.05 vs. before treatment, P≥0.05 vs. normal controls）. The concentration of IL-4 was neg- atively correlated with IFN-γ（r=-0.825, P≤0.05）. Conclusion： Mizolastine can regulate the patients＇ serum levels of cytokine IL-4 and IFN-γ.
