摘  要:目的:观察参附注射液液压扩张治疗冻结肩的临床疗效及其血清MMP-9表达。方法:将85例冻结肩患者分为治疗组1(A组)、治疗组2(B组)、对照组(C组),每组分别为29、28、28例。进行治疗前、治疗后血清MMP-9、C-反应蛋白、血沉比较以及评定肩关节功能和临床疗效。结果:治疗3周后,治疗组与对照组血清MMP-9、C-反应蛋白、血沉及Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分在自身前后对照有明显统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后组间血清MMP-9、C-反应蛋白、血沉及Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间疗效比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液液压扩张治疗冻结肩效果显著,值得临床推广使用。Objective To compare the clinical effect of hydraulic expansion of Shen-Fu injection on frozen shoulder and expression of serum MMP-9.Methods: 85 Patients were divided into three groups,29 Patients in treatment group 1 (group A),28 Patients in treatment group 2 (group B),and 28 Patients in control group (group C).To evaluate the levels of Serum MMP-9,C-reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and the Constant-Murley shoulder function scores,clinlcal efficacy from before treatment to after treatment.Result After three weeks of treatment,compared with before treatment,the levels of Serum MMP-9,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate of three groups were significantly changed and were statistically significant (P〈0.01) and the Constant-Murley shoulder function scores of three groups were sig- nificantly improved and were statistically significant (P〈0.01);After treatment, the levels of Serum MMP-9,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate of three groups,the Constant-Murley shoulder function scores of three groups were statistically significant (P〈0.05) among three groups;The difference of the markedly effect was significant among three groups (P〈0.05).Conclusion The treatment of hydraulic ex- pansion of Shen-Fu injection for frozen shoulder is significant and worthy of clinical use.
