针刀康复训练综合治疗对膝关节术后患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刀理疗结合康复训练等综合治疗对膝关节术后患者的治疗效果。方法:选择膝关节术后患者30例,对照组15例,治疗组15例。对照组采用运动康复训练,治疗组在运动康复训练基础上,配合针刀治疗和理疗,评定两组患者治疗前及治疗8个疗程后患膝关节症状及功能恢复情况。结果:治疗组患者的膝关节症状及功能较对照组明显改善,两组变化差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规康复运动训练同时结合针刀,理疗等中西医结合治疗可以显著改善膝关节术后患者的关节功能,优于单纯康复运动训练的现代医学治疗。Observe treatment effect of the needle-knife therapy combined with rehabilitation training etc comprehensive treatment to the Knee surgery sufferers .Method：30 cases of patients after knee surgery, 15 cases in the control group, and 15 cases in the treatment group. Matched control adoption sport recover from illness training, treatment set adoption sport recover from illness training plus needle knife treatment and physical therapy , assess two sets of sufferers before curing and cure a 8 courses treatment future trouble knee joint symptoms and function instauration circumstance. Result：The knee joint of the treatment group compare with the control group, the sufferer symptom and function obviously improve, and there were significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）o Conclusion：In the conventional rehabilitation training combined with needle knife and physiotherapy treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine ,can improve the joint function of knee operation patients significantly , the modern medical treatment is better than simple rehabilitation training.
