元上都扈从诗中的酒及其文化意蕴

摘　　要：元上都扈从诗涉及到的酒种类很多,以马奶酒为主,同时还有葡萄酒、白酒、米酒;人们的饮酒行为,体现了鲜明的时代、地方、民族文化特点,蕴含着丰富的人文精神和文化内涵:元上都的诈马宴、宫廷御宴、祭祀等活动中的酒又被赋予了独特的政治、社会和文化内涵;民间饮酒习俗则体现了鲜明的民族精神与民族性格;与酒相关的商业活动活跃了上都的市场经济,增添了上都的都市生活活力,催生了与酒相关的产业与诗歌,展示了上都地区与酒相关的人文精神、人文品格,丰富了和谐多元的中华民族文化。Quite a number of liquors were referred to in Xanadu＇ s cortege poems, with koumiss taking a prominent role, followed by wine, spirit and rice sake ; People＇ s drinking behavior reflected vividly the cultural characteristics of the time, region and nation, containing rich humanistic spirit and cultural connotation： The liquors in Xanadu＇ s Chama Feasts, imperial banquets as well as religious and other activities were endowed with unique political, social and cultural connotation; whereas civilian drinking custom gave impression to the distinctiveness of its nation＇ s spirit and character; the commercial activities concerning liquor made Xanadu＇ s market economy active, triggered the birth of industries and poetry related to liquor, exhibited the liquor associated humanistic spirit, humanistic quality in Xanadu district, and enriched the harmonious and multi-variant Chinese culture as well.
