摘  要:研究了淀粉-硫酸镁、淀粉-无机硫酸钙纤维两种新型瓦楞原纸表面施胶方法对瓦楞原纸应用性能的不同影响。结果表明,当淀粉-硫酸镁、淀粉-无机硫酸钙纤维的用量比(质量比)为8:2时,相对于瓦楞原纸,横向环压指数分别增长了82.5%、53.5%,纵向环压指数分别增长了80.9%、50.6%,耐破指数分别增长了15.6%、2.1%。In this study, the influence of starch-magnesium sulfate and starch - calcium sulfate whisker surface sizing on the application of corrugated paper was investigated. With magnesium sulfate and calcium sulfate whisker instead of a part of corn starch on corrugated paper surface sizing, discussing the influence of the addition of magnesium sulfate and calcium sulfate whisker on corrugated paper physical strength and other properties.The results showed that: when the mass ratio of surface sizing starch to magnesium sulfate and calcium sulfate whisker was 8: 2, relative to the corrugated base paper ,horizontal ring crush index number were increased by up to82.5%,53.5%, vertical ring crush index number were increased by up to80.9%,50.6%, burst index number were increased by up to 15.6%,2.1%.
