摘  要:以未漂马尾松硫酸盐浆生产纸袋纸,研究了纸袋纸高浓打浆(HCR)后接着低浓打浆(LCR)工艺,并与高浓打浆和低浓打浆进行了比较,得出较合适的高浓后接着低浓打浆工艺条件。其最佳条件为:先用高浓打浆至打浆度15oSR,接着用低浓打至打浆度17oSR;在此条件下,成纸透气度可达5.0μm/Pa.s以上,TEA指数可达3.12J/g以上,其他指标均较好。High consistency refining (HCR) and subsequent low consistency refining (LCR) of unbleached Masson's pine kraft pulps for sack paper were studied in this article. The properties of refined pulp and handsheet were analyzed compared with HCR and LCR. The optimal parameters of HCR and subsequent LCR are as follows: the pulp is refined to a beating degree of 15°SR with HCR, then is refined to a beating degree of 17°SR with LCR for 100% Masson's Pine kraft pulp. Under this condition, air permeability and TEA index are higher than 5.0 μm/Pa·s and 3.12 J/g, respectively. The other properties of handsheets also can meet the standard requirements.
