摘 要:高压电器系统的可靠性对动车组的安全正常运行至关重要。为研究其可靠性,深入分析CRH3型动车组高压电器系统组成结构及逻辑功能关系,建立高压电器系统的可靠性框图模型。在此基础上,依据系统可靠性理论与武广高铁CRH3型动车组高压电器系统故障统计数据,推导并证明CRH3型动车组高压电器系统各部件的可靠性规律,给出可靠性评估指标的计算方法,分析计算高压电器系统各部件的故障率与可靠度。根据高压电器系统的可靠性框图模型,结合各部件的故障率与可靠度,评估CRH3型动车组高压电器系统的可靠性。研究结果为CRH3型动车组高压电器系统各部件的安全运用、维护维修提供依据。Reliability of the high voltage apparatus system is of utmost importance to safe and normal operation of electric multiple units (EMUs). In order to study such reliability,the structure and logic function relationships of the high voltage apparatus system of CRH3 EMUs were analyzed thoroughly and the reliability block diagram (RBD) model of the high voltage apparatus system was established. According to the system reliabili- ty theory and from the statistical data of failures of the high voltage apparatus system of CRH3 EMUs running on the Wuhan-Guangzhou High-speed Railway, the laws of reliability of the components of the high voltage ap- paratus system of CRH3 EMUs were deduced and proved, the methods for calculating reliability evaluation in- dexes were given and the fault rate and reliability of the components of the high voltage apparatus system were calculated. On the basis of the RBD model of the high voltage apparatus system and in combination with the fault rates and reliability of all components of the CRH3 EMUs high voltage apparatus system, the reliability of the whole CRH3 EMUs high voltage apparatus system was evaluated. The research results provide basis for safe utilization,maintenance and repair of the high voltage apparatus system of CRH3 EMUs.
