摘 要:我国目前拥有全世界最大规模的高速铁路网,同时也是地震多发国家,为保证地震作用下的行车安全,高速铁路拟安装地震防灾监控系统,系统通过布设在铁路沿线的强震仪,采用加速度阈值触发方式报警。台站阈值触发后的应急处置范围确定是高速铁路地震防灾系统的基础问题,本文通过地震对铁路线的影响及地震动衰减关系的分析,考虑一定的安全冗余,得到不同阈值下的动态应急处置范围半径,并以京石武高速铁路为例,分析处置范围的合理性。China has the largest scale of high-speed railway network in the world currently and China is also an earthquake-prone country. In order to ensure train operation safety in earthquake, the earthquake disaster prevention & monitoring system is to be installed. Strong-motion seismographs are installed along railway lines and triggering of acceleration amplitude thresholds is used for alarming . Determination of the emergency han- dling range upon triggering at monitoring stations is the basic issue for the earthquake disaster prevention monitoring system. In this paper,by analyzing the impact of earthquakes on railway lines and ground motion at- tenuation relationships and considering certain room for safety, the radii of the dynamic emergency handling ranges corresponding to different thresholds were obtained. Taking the Beijing-Shijiazhuang-Zhengzhou-Wuhan high-speed railway as an example, the rationality of the determined emergency handling range was analyzed.
