摘 要:钢水加钙是炉外精炼过程中脱硫、脱氧、改变夹杂物形态的重要工序。本文采用不同的喂线速度,研究了钢包精炼过程中喂入金属钙线对脱硫、脱氧、改变夹杂物形态的影响。结果表明:以3 m/s喂入金属钙线的平均脱硫率为31.85%,钙的平均收得率为31.38%,平均脱氧率为27.25%;喂线速度过快,钙的收得率降低,不利于钢液的脱硫和脱氧。此外,加钙钢液未发生水口结瘤和堵塞。refining that It's an important process for desulfurization, deoxidation and inclusion modification in ladle feeding calcium-packed wire. This paper studied the effect of feeding calcium-packed wire on desulfurization,deoxidation and inclusion modification during ladle refining by different speed feeding wire. The results showed that the average desulfurization was 31.85 % by feeding calcium - packed wire at 3 m/s,the average recovery efficiency of calcium rate was 31.38%, the average deoxygenation rate was 27.25% ;it was disadvantage for desulfurization and deoxidation of liquid steel by feeding wire fast, and recovery efficiency of calcium rate was low. In addition, it won't cause nozzle clogging that adding calcium in molten steel.
