摘 要:介绍了新型自平衡法试验原理。应用该方法时,先将专用接头焊接在钢管桩自平衡点处随桩一起打入,测试时清除荷载箱接头上部泥土,将伸缩式荷载箱安装在接头处,从而实现钢管桩自平衡法加载。基于钢管桩新型自平衡法试验,对在上海市东海大桥海上风电场1.7 m的大直径钢管桩承载特性进行分析,成功获得了大口径钢管桩总承载力以及侧摩阻力与端阻力,取得了较好的测试效果和经济效益。A retractable and extendable load cell and a special connection junction are developed for self- balanced test of steel pipe pile. Firstly the special connection junction is welded at the self-balanced position with the steel pipe pile when the pile is set up. Then, the inner soil above the junction is cleaned up and the retractable load cell is set up in the junction, which can load the upper and lower pile segments. Based on the new self-balanced method test of steel pipe pile, we analyze the bearing characteristics for a large-diameter steel pipe pile at Donghai bridge offshore wind farm, in which the gross bearing capacity is obtained as well as the side and base resistance. The results of the study show that the new self-balanced method testing technology achieves a good test effect and economic benefit.
