摘 要:【目的】探讨施肥对香樟幼苗光合生理的影响。【方法】采用正交设计,设置了氮、磷、钾3因素3水平(N、P:0、3、6g/株;K:0、2、4g/株),对盆栽香樟幼苗进行指数施肥。【结果】氮肥能显著提高香樟幼苗净光合速率(Pn)、叶绿素含量(Chl)和胞间CO2浓度(Ci),Pn和Chl随着施氮量的增加呈现"先升高后降低"的趋势,在3g/株时值最大,Ci与施氮量呈正相关关系;磷肥能显著提高香樟幼苗的光饱和点(LSP),且随着施磷量的增加而升高,在6g/株时最大;钾肥能显著降低香樟幼苗的蒸腾速率(Tr),且随着施钾量的升高呈现"先降低后升高"的趋势,在2g/株时最小。【结论】施肥能显著提高香樟幼苗的光合效率,促进香樟幼苗光合效率最显著的是处理N2P3K1,其氮磷钾配比为3∶6∶0。[Objective] The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of fertilization on photosynthetic physiology of camphor (Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Presl) seedlings. [Method] Orthogonal design with three factors including N, P, K nutrients at three levels (N, P: 0, 3, 6 g/pot; K: 0, 2, 4 g/pot) was used to conduct pots experiments under exponential fertilization. [Results] The nitrogen fertilizer could improve the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), chlorophyll content (Chl) and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) of seedlings. The Pn and Chl increased firstly and then decreased by the increase of nitrogen application. Its maximum is at level of 3 g/pot nitrogen application. The positive correlation existed between Ci and nitrogen application. The phosphorus fertilizer could improve the light saturation point (LSP) of seedlings. The LSP increased by the increase of phosphorus application. Its maximum is at level of 6 g/pot phosphorus application. The potash fertilizer could reduce the transpiration rate (Tr) of seedlings. The Tr decreased firstly and then increased by the increase of potash. Its minimum is at level of 2 g/pot potash application. [Conclusion] The results indicated that the fertilization could improve the photosynthetic efficiency of camphor seedlings. The most appropriate nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium ratio for photosynthetic efficiency of seedlings is N2: P3 : K1 = 3 : 6 : 0.
