摘　　要：运用参数设计方法,分析镀金工序中镀层厚度的影响因素,根据响应指标分析,确定了镀层厚度的控制条件,控制了厚度均值,从而提高了镀金工艺的质量。In this paper, the parameter design is used to analyzing the factors that affects the thickness of plating process. Through the analysis of response indicators, coating thickness control conditions are obtained and the means of thickness are controlled. The test shows that the quality of the plating process has been improved.
