摘 要:随着石油天然气资源的逐步开发,超深井钻机的设计开发应用已成为大势所趋。井架底座作为钻机起升及钻井的重要部分,井架底座的强度及安全性设计尤为重要。笔者以ZJ80/5850D为研究对象,通过SAFI有限元软件进行该钻机井架底座钢结构在作业、起升各种工况组合下的静态分析及计算。依据API Spec 4F 3版中载荷设计的原则,选取工况1 a、工况2和工况3 a完成钻机井架及底座的静态分析,得到结构的应力分布和变形情况,并给出安全系数。With eonlinuous oil and gas exploitation, the use for ultra-deep drilling rig is becoming necessity. As the important component of rig hoisting equipments-derrick and substructure, which playing an important role in drilling operation. Study on the strength and security for derrick and substructure are very significant. In this paper, taking ZJ80/585D ultra-deep drilling rig derrick and subslrueture as lhe research ohject, using SAFI finite element analysis software to complete mechanical model I^uihling and analyse working conditions and raising conditions. Based on the latest API Spec. 4F in the payload design princi- ples, t~)('us on condition l a, condition 2 and condition 3a are selected to complete the drilling rigs derrick and substructure static characteristics analysis, the structure of the stress distribution and deformation are obtained, and the safety factor are gcfl.
