广东经济增长对就业水平的影响分析

摘　　要：一般认为,经济增长与就业增长的关系是互动的和正相关的。经济的快速增长会创造更多的就业机会,继而扩大对劳动力的需求。近年来,广东开始转入科学发展轨道、转变经济增长方式,推动了社会经济的持续、稳定、高速、健康发展。同时,广东省就业人口刚性也逐渐增强。本文就近12年来的真实数据,采用弹性分析,先了解广东省的经济发展现状以及就业情况,再深入探讨广东经济增长对其就业水平的影响效应,继而建立相关计量经济模型进行实证原因分析,最后提出相关的政策建议。Generally speaking, the relationship between economic growth and employment growth is interactive and positively correlated. The rapid economic growth will create more jobs, and then expand the demand for labor. In recent years, Guangdong has begun to get into the scientific development track, and transform the economic growth mode, making the eco- nomic development more sustainable, stable, rapid and healthy. Meanwhile, the rigidity of the employed population in Guang- dong Province also increased gradually. Using the last 12 years＇ data and a elastic analysis method, this paper discusses firstly the current economic development and employment situation in Guangdong Province, then addresses thoroughly the effect of economic growth on employment, and establishes an econometric model to analyze the reasons, and finally makes some rel- evant policy recommendations.
