扶正解毒法配合新辅助化疗防治乳腺癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正解毒法对改善乳腺癌新辅助化疗的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组采用新辅助化疗方法,治疗组对照组的基础上加用扶正解毒中药。结果:治疗组在生活质量、骨髓抑制、恶心、呕吐等胃肠道反应方面均较对照组有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以扶正解毒为原则的中医药协同新辅助化疗治疗乳腺癌,能减轻毒性反应,提高患者生存质量。Objective：To observe the centralizer detoxification method to improve the clinical curative effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy of breast cancer.Methods：60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,each group 30 cases and control group with neoadjuvant chemotherapy method,the treatment group（the control group used the centralizer detoxification on the basis of Chinese traditional medicine.Results：Treatment group in the quality of life,bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea,vomiting,obviously improved compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：To the principle of traditional Chinese medicine centralizer detoxification of new adjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer,can alleviate toxicity reaction,improve the quality of survival.
