中医治疗成人病毒性肺炎

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医证治成人病毒性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将78例患者按随机数字表法分为中药组47例和中西药组31例,中药组辨证施治给予中药治疗,中西药组在中药组的基础上加用病毒唑。观察两组治疗前后的证候、症状积分疗效。结果:中药组有效率为100%,中西药组有效率为100%,两组有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗前后症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:西药抗病毒无特效药,早期治疗中医干预是提高成人病毒性肺炎疗效、治愈率的关键。中药对病毒性肺炎的治疗是多靶位的治疗,不仅具有抗病毒的作用,更重要的是调动机体自身免疫调节功能,以达到驱邪外出,机能平衡而愈。Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of adult viral pneumonia.Methods：78 patients were divided into Chinese medicine group（n=47） and Chinese and western medicine group（n=31） according to random number table.Chinese medicine group was given Chinese medicine treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs.Chinese and western medicine group was given additional Ribavirin based on Chinese medicine group.Observe the symptom integral effect of two groups before and after treatment.Results：The effective rate was 100% in Chinese medicine group and 100% in Chinese and western medicine group.Compared the effective power of two groups,there was no statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Compared the symptom integral of two groups before and after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Western medicine has no specific remedy for antiviral.TCM intervention is the key to improve curative effect and cure rate of adult viral pneumonia in early treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of viral pneumonia is more targeted treatment.Not only antiviral effect,but also mobilizes the body′s immune regulating function so that drives away evil and achieves functional balance.
