摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗Pilon骨折的临床效果。方法:2008年6月至2012年3月本院对Ⅰ-Ⅱ型28例,Ⅲ型15例Pilon骨折,在C臂机定位下,采用手术治疗,术后予以中药熏洗。结果:43例患者术后随访6～36个月,平均17个月,均骨性愈合,优32例,良8例,可3例,优良率达93%。结论:中西医结合治疗Pilon骨折能有效地减少手术术后并发症,临床疗效满意。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of combined treatment traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of Pilon fracture.Methods：on June 2008-March 2012 in our hospital,28 cases with Ⅰ-Ⅱ type and 15 cases with of pilon fracture were given surgical treatment and postoperative Chinese medicine fumigation under the C arm machine positioning.Use American Or-thopaedic Foot and Ankle Society in 1994 as subjective criteria.Results：43 patients were followed up for 6 to 36 months,an average of 17 months,all osseous healing.Well in 32 cases,good in 8 cases and approved in 3 cases,the effect rate was 93%.Conclusion：Combined treatment traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of Pilon fracture can effectively reduce the postoperative complications with satisfactory curative effect.
