摘　　要：目的:探讨中药固体制剂灭菌技术研究现状、问题及对策。方法:通过查阅文献、总结资料,本文从有关中药固体制剂灭菌技术的现状,现有中药固体制剂灭菌技术的分类、优缺点和应用,存在问题及对策等方面进行系统分析。结果:中药固体制剂灭菌方法多,应根据中药固体制剂的性质特征选择适合该制剂的方法。结论:中药固体制剂必须因地制宜,既采用有效的综合性防菌措施,又选用适当的灭菌方法,才能达到既保证药品内在质量,又无菌的要求。Objective：Explore traditional Chinese medicine solid preparation and sterilization technology research present situation,problems and the countermeasures.Methods：Through consulting the literature and summarizing information about the research status,the author systematically analyzed the classification,advantages,disadvantages and applications of traditional Chinese medicine solid preparation and sterilization technology,Problems and Countermeasures Systems Analysis.Results：There are many sterilization methods about Chinese medicine solid preparation.Suitable method should be performed in practice according to the nature of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine solid preparations.Conclusion：Chinese medicine solid preparations must be adjusted measures to local conditions,effective comprehensive measures preventing bacteria and proper sterilization method shall be implemented in practice,and then assure the internal quility and attain the aseptic request.
