股骨头坏死愈胶囊治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察股骨头坏死愈胶囊治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效。方法:所有124例患者均口服股骨头坏死愈胶囊,同时扶双拐,避免患肢负重。结果:124例患者均获得随访,随访时间8～34个月,平均22.5个月,随访患者疗效优83例,良22例,可10例,差9例,优良率为85%。结论:股骨头坏死愈胶囊治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Osteonecrosis Capsule in the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Methods：124 patients with avascular necrosis were given Osteonecrosis Capsule with double crutches to avoid weight-bearing.Results：124 cases were followed up for 8-34 months,average 22.5 months.The outcome was excellent in 83 cases,good in 22 cases,approved in 10 cases,poor in 9 cases,the excellent rate was 85%.Conclusion：Osteonecrosis Capsule in the treatment of early avascular necrosis of the femoral has obvious curative effect.
