摘　　要：铝焊膏分油性和水性,水性铝焊膏由铝钎料、铝钎剂和水性成膏体组成,通过对这三组分定性、定量的研究,尤其将研究重点放在水性成膏体方面,研制出了新型水性铝焊膏。该水性铝焊膏同样适合于铝-铝、铝-铝合金、铝-不锈钢的焊接,具有简单、方便和环保的特点。Aluminum brazing paste can be divided into oily and water - solubility solder paste, and water - solubility brazing paste is investigated in this paper. Aluminum brazing paste is comprised of filler metals, fluxes and water - solubility binders. Through quali- tative and quantitative research of these three components, specially focused on the water - solubility binders, a new water - solubility aluminum solder paste was prepared. The aluminum brazing paste can be used in the brazing of Al - Al, Al - Al alloy and Al - stain- less steel, and has the advantages of simple, convenient and environmental protection for use.
