摘 要:包钢选矿厂于2009年元月20日对磁铁矿八、九系列改造以来,采用阶段磨矿-阶段选别工艺流程。生产实践表明:阶段磨矿-阶段选别工艺流程选别指标优于连续磨矿工艺。为此选矿厂于2011年上半年对磁矿六、七系列进行阶段磨矿-阶段选别工艺流程改造,六、七系列阶段磨矿-阶段选别工艺运行以来,入选粒度、最终永磁精矿品位均低于八、九系列。为查明六、七系列阶段磨矿-阶段选别工艺存在问题,作者对六、七系列与八、九系列阶段磨选流程进行对比考察分析,提出优化六、七系列阶段磨选流程的建议。Ore -dressing Plant of Baotou Steel (Group) Corporation has adopted this process since the transformation of the mag- netite eight and nine series stage grinding - stage sorting process on January 20, 2009. Production practice shows: stage grinding - stage election process sorting index is superior to continuous grinding process. So the concentrator conducted magnetite six and seven series stage grinding - stage sorting process transformation during the first half of 2011. Since six and seven series stage grinding - stage sorting process is running, the selected particle size and final permanent concentrate grade is less than eight or nine series. The author conducted comparative investigation and analysis of six, seven and eight, nine series stage grinding - stage sorting process in or- der to identify six and seven series stage grinding - stage sorting process problems. Finally the author made recommendations on opti- mizing the six and seven series stages grinding and separation processes.
