摘　　要：目的:通过测定冠心病(CHD)病人行冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗前后血浆高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平的改变,探讨PCI对CHD病人炎症指标的影响。方法:连续入选PCI治疗单支病变的CHD病人80例(PCI组),30例经冠脉造影(CAG)证实冠状动脉正常的人作为非冠心病组。分别采用免疫浊度法和酶联免疫吸附法检测两组患者治疗前后hsCRP和TNF-α水平。结果:非冠心病组冠脉造影前后hsCRP、TNF-α水平无显著变化。与PCI前比较,PCI组术后血浆hsCRP[(1.49±0.45)μg/L比(1.97±0.52)μg/L]、TNF-α[(15.57±4.98)ng/ml比(19.87±5.24)ng/ml]水平明显升高(P均<0.01),且明显高于非冠心病组(P<0.01)。结论:冠脉介入治疗促进冠心病病人血浆高敏C反应蛋白及肿瘤坏死因子α水平的升高。Objective：To measure changes of plasma levels of high sensitive C-reactive protein（hsCRP）and tumor necrosis factorα（TNF-α）before and after percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）in patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）in order to explore influence of PCI on inflammatory indexes in CHD patients.Methods：A total of 80CHD patients with single vessel coronary disease undergoing PCI were continuously enrolled as PCI group.Another 30subjects with normal coronary artery proved by coronary angiography（CAG）were regard as normal control group.Immunonephelometry and enzyme link immunosorbent assay were used to measure levels of hsCRP and TNF-αrespectively before and after operation in two groups.Results：There were no significant difference in levels of hsCRP and TNF-αbefore and after CAG in normal control group.Compared with before PCI,there were significant increase in plasma levels of hsCRP [（1.49±0.45） μg/L vs.（1.97±0.52） μg/L ] and TNF-α [（15.57 ±4.98） ng/ml vs.（19.87±5.24） ng/ml ] in PCI group,P〈0.01both,and they were significantly higher than those of normal control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Percutaneous coronary intervention promotes increase of plasma levels of hsCRP and TNF-αin patients with coronary heart disease.
