摘 要:ANR技术是自组织网络功能的关键技术之一,可以实现邻区关系的自配置和自优化,缓解网规网优人员的工作强度,降低建网投入和运营成本。在LTE-Advanced(LTE-A)异构网络下,提出一种基于用户测量的ANR算法,它可根据终端上报的测量信息,自动准确地配置邻区关系。系统级仿真的结果表明,相比于传统固定邻区关系,所提ANR算法可以显著提高切换成功率,降低无线链路失败率,改善系统性能。Automatic neighbor relation (ANR) is one of the key technologies of self-organizing networks, which can realize self-configuration and self-optimization of neighbor relation, thereby easing the working strength of the network planning and optimizing staff and reducing establishing and operational expenditure. In this paper, a UE-based ANR algorithm in the heterogeneous scenario of LTE-Advanced (LTE-A) systems is proposed, which can automatically configure the neighbor relation and report measurements according to terminals. System level simulation results show that compared with conventional stationary neighbor relation, the proposed ANR algorithm can remarkably increase handover success rate, reduce radio link failure (RLF) and improve system performance.
