摘 要:为探索Cry1Ac毒蛋白质与亚洲玉米螟[Ostrinia furnacalis(Güenée)]体内解毒酶间的关系及Cry1Ac作用下保护酶间的平衡关系,室内配制不同Cry1Ac毒蛋白质含量(200 ng/g、500 ng/g、800 ng/g、1 100 ng/g)的人工饲料饲喂亚洲玉米螟幼虫,用分光光度法测定了3龄和5龄幼虫体内乙酰胆碱酯酶、α-乙酸萘酯酶、羧酸酯酶、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶、超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶的活性。结果表明:1 100 ng/g毒蛋白质处理的3龄幼虫乙酰胆碱酯酶活性显著高于对照和其他处理,800 ng/g处理的该酶活性显著高于200 ng/g处理,1 100 ng/g毒蛋白质处理的5龄幼虫的该酶活性显著高于200 ng/g处理。1 100 ng/g处理3、5龄幼虫的α-乙酸萘酯酶活性均显著低于对照和其他处理,800 ng/g处理的3龄幼虫该酶活性显著低于对照和200 ng/g处理,500 ng/g处理的该酶活性显著低于200 ng/g处理。1 100 ng/g、800 ng/g、500 ng/g处理的3龄幼虫羧酸酯酶活性显著低于对照,1 100 ng/g处理的5龄幼虫该酶活性显著低于对照和200 ng/g处理。1 100 ng/g、800 ng/g、500 ng/g处理的3龄幼虫谷胱甘肽转移酶活性显著低于200 ng/g处理,1 100 ng/g处理的5龄幼虫该酶活性显著低于对照。500 ng/g、800 ng/g处理3龄幼虫的超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于对照。500 ng/g、800 ng/g、1 100 ng/g处理的3龄幼虫过氧化氢酶活性显著低于对照,800 ng/g、1 100 ng/g处理的该酶活性显著低于200 ng/g处理,1 100 ng/g处理的5龄幼虫该酶活性显著低于对照和200 ng/g处理。可见,不同含量Cry1Ac毒蛋白质处理的亚洲玉米螟体内,除5龄幼虫超氧化物歧化酶外,其他酶的活性在处理间均有显著变化。In order to discuss the relationship between CrylAc toxin and detoxification enzymes, and the balance of protective enzymes affected by Cryl Ac in Asian corn borer, Ostrinia furnacalis (Guenee) , the activities of acetylcholinesterase, α-naphthyl acetate ester- ase, carboxylesterase, glutathione-S-transferase, superoxide dismutase and catalase in 3rd and 5th instar larvae of the Asian corn borer feeding on artificial diets with different contents (200 ng/g, 500 ng/g, 800 ng/g, and 1 100 ng/g) of CrylAc toxin were measured by spectrophotometry in the laboratory. The activity of acetylcholinesterase in 3rd instar larvae with the treatment of 1 100 ng/g CrylAc was significantly higher than those of control and other treatments. The activity of acetylcholinesterase in 3rd instar larvae in 800 ng/g CrylAc treatment was significantly higher than that in 200 ng/g CrylAc treatment, and the activity in 5th instar larvae fed with 1 100 ng/g CrylAc was significantly higher than that with 200 ng/g CrylAc. The activities of α-naphthyl acetate esterase in 3rd and 5th instar larvae with the treatment of 1 100 ng/g CrylAc were significantly lower than those of control and other treatments, and the activity of 3rd instar larvae with the treatment of 800 ng/g CrylAc was significantly lower than those of control and 200 ng/g Cryl Ac treatment, while the activity of 3rd instar larvae with 500 ng/g Cryl Ac treatment was significantly lower than that with 200 ng/g CrylAc treatment. The carboxylesterase activities of 3rd instar larvae in treatments of 1 100 ng/g, 800 ng/g and 500 ng/g CrylAc were significantly lower than that of control, and the activity in 5th instar larvae with 1 100 ng/g Cryl Ac treatment was significantly lower than those of control and 200 ng/g CrylAc treatment. The activities of glutathione-S-transferase in 3rd instar larvae with the treatments of 1 100 ng/g, 800 ng/g and 500 ng/g Cryl Ac were significantly lower than that with 200 ng/g Cryl Ac treatment, and the activity in 5 th instar larvae with 1 10
