摘  要:采用波峰660 nm的红光(R)+波峰450 nm的蓝光(B)LEDA型和波峰630 nm红光(R)+波峰460nm蓝光(B)的LEDB型2种光源,并分别设置不同红蓝光配比(R/B)为5、7、9和20,用于黄瓜育苗。结果表明:不同R/B光质处理对黄瓜幼苗的生长发育有调节作用,其中对干质量、鲜质量、叶面积、叶绿素含量、光合速率、蒸腾速率以及气孔导度的调节变化趋势相同,即随着R/B值的增加呈现先增加后降低的趋势;LEDA型光源和LEDB型光源在黄瓜育苗的整体水平上无显著差异,但最适R/B值不同,LEDA型光源下R/B值为7的处理各项指标综合表现优于其他处理,LEDB型光源下R/B值为9的处理各项指标综合表现优于其他处理。此外,LEDB型光源红、蓝光的电能转化效率比LEDA型光源分别提高了317.9%和38.5%,而且LEDB光源的能效比LEDA光源和荧光灯分别提高了55%和13%。因此LEDB型光源较有利于在黄瓜育苗中应用。In this experiment, cucumber seedling were raised under two types of light emitting diode (LED). LEDA lighting was composed of red with peak at 660 nm (R) and blue with peak at 450 nm ( B), and LEDB lighting was composed of red with peak at 630 nm (R) and blue with peak at 460 nm (B). Treatments with R/B ratios of 5, 7, 9 and 20 were carried out with LEDA and LEDB respectively. Results showed that the growth and development of cucumber seedling could be controlled by adjusting R/B ratio. The trend of fresh weight, dry weight, leaf area, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomata] conductance were the same, which firstly increased then decreased with the increase of R/B ratio. There was no significant difference in overall performance of seedlings under LEDAs and LEDBs, however, the suitable R/B ratio varied. Under LEDAs, morphological and physiological indexes with R/B of 7 performed the best in four treatments, while under LEDBs, R/B of 9 were the best. Moreover, the conversion rate of electric energies of red light and blue light in LEDBs, compared with LEDAs, were improved by 317.9% and 38.50/0 respectively. The energy efficiency of LEDBs, compared with LEDAs and fluorescent lamp, was improved by 550/0 and 13% respectively. In conclusion, LEDB lighting was more favorable for cucumber seedling.
