普罗布考联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年颈动脉粥样硬化的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察普罗布考联合阿托伐他汀对老年颈动脉粥样硬化患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)及颈动脉内膜斑块的作用。方法将96例老年颈动脉粥样硬化患者随机分成普罗布考联合阿托伐他汀组、阿托伐他汀组、普罗布考组,每组32例,共观察6个月。分别于治疗前后检测3组患者的血清氧化型低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(ox-LDL)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平及IMT、颈动脉内膜粥样硬化斑块面积。结果治疗6个月后普罗布考联合阿托伐他汀组ox-LDL、hs-CRP、TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显降低,颈动脉IMT、颈动脉内膜斑块面积明显减少,并且效果好于阿托伐他汀组及普罗布考组(P<0.01)。结论普罗布考联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年颈动脉粥样硬化有显著效果。Objective To study the effects of probucol and atorvastatin on carotid intima-media thickness （IMT） and plaque in elderly patients with carotid atherosclerosis. Methods Ninety-six elderly patients with carotid atherosclerosis were randomly divided into probucol combined with atorvastatin group, atorvastatin group and probucol group ,32 cases in each group, and the observation on the patients lasted for 6 months. We detected the patients in the three groups with the serum levels of oxidized low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（ox-LDL） ,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （ hs-CRP）, total cholesterol （ TC ）, triglyceride （TG） and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL-C ） before and after treatment as well as IMT and the area of carotid intima atherosclerofic plaque. Results The levels of ox-LDL, hs-CRP,TC, TG, LDL-C in the probucol combined with atorvastatin group decreased significantly six months after treatment, and carotid IMT and carotid intima plaque area decreased significantly, the effect of probucol combined with atorvastatin group was superior to those of atorvastatin group and probucol group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Probucol combined with atorvastatin may be of significant effects on elderly patients with carotid atherosclerosis.
