利用菱镁矿尾矿制备镁硅酸盐水泥的研究

摘　　要：本文探讨了利用菱镁矿尾矿(菱镁矿精矿浮选后的尾矿)制备镁硅酸盐水泥的研究。结果表明:在浮选菱镁矿精矿后的尾矿中通过添加熟石灰使配料点的C/S在2～3之间,原料的M/S比在2.1～2.56使其组成落在MgO-C2S-C3S区内,烧结温度为1450℃,其产物为主晶相是方镁石(MgO),次晶相是硅酸三钙(C3S)、硅酸二钙(C2S)和非晶相。In this study,we developed a technique to make magnesium silicate cement by make use of magnesite tailings（flotation magnesite tailings）.The results showed that the high magnesia silicate cement could be formed from the tailings by adding lime hydrate.The C/S value of mixtures should be between 2-3 and the M/S value of raw material should be between 2.1-2.56,in order to be located in the MgO-C2S-C3S zone.The sintering temperature was 1450 ℃.In this condition,the major phase of product was periclase（MgO）,minor phase is tricalcium silicate（C3S）,dicalcium silicate（C2S） and amorphous phase.
