摘 要:对江苏某桥不同的结构部位混凝土外观、力学性能、碳化深度、钢筋保护层厚度、钢筋锈蚀进行现场检测。检测结果表明各个结构部位混凝土存在竖向裂缝。虽然结构混凝土力学性能存在一定波动性,但总体上处于较好和良好状态。结构混凝土的碳化深度较小,碳化深度与钢筋保护层厚度比值均小于1,结构混凝土碳化深度对钢筋锈蚀影响程度为轻微。混凝土钢保护层厚度变化较小,对钢筋耐久性影响不显著。钢筋锈蚀电位检测表明结构混凝土钢筋锈蚀不明显。江苏某桥各个结构部位混凝土使用状态良好。In this paper,the appearance,mechanical properties,carbonation depth,the protective layer of concrete and the steel corrosion potential at difference structural region were tested by the on-site.The test data showed the appearance of structural concrete at difference structural region exist vertical crack at bridge in Jiangsu.Although the mechanical properties of concrete at difference structural region have some fluctuation,but,the mechanical properties of concrete at total is under better and well state.The carbonation depth of concrete has very low at difference structural region,the ratio of carbonation depththe protective layer of concrete is below 1,the effect of the carbonation depth of concrete on the steel corrosion is rather small.The change of the protective layer of concrete at difference structural region is under a narrow range and has not a significant effect on the durability of structure concrete.The test results of steel corrosion potential at difference structural region show that the amount of steel corrosion is very small.Therefore,we can draw this conclusion that the structure concrete at bridge in Jiangsu has a better use of state.
