摘  要:磨粒采用有序排布技术不仅可以降低原料成本,还可以提高cBN砂轮的磨削效率和使用寿命。本研究提出了四个磨粒有序排布的排布参数,包括横向间距ΔX,纵向间距ΔZ,错位距离ΔZv以及排列线倾角α,通过组合不同的磨粒排布参数,制备磨粒排布形式各异的单层钎焊cBN砂轮,并将其应用于磨削加工淬硬钢实验,研究了磨粒排布形式对工件表面粗糙度的影响。分析表明:随着磨粒纵向间距的增大,工件表面粗糙度也随之增大;而磨粒横向间距和排布倾角对工件表面粗糙度的影响很小。随着磨粒目数的增大,工件表面粗糙度也呈现逐渐减小的趋势。The ordered arraying of abrasive on grinding tool can not only reduces the cost of abrasives but also improves the service life and efficiency of tool. In this paper, four parameters for ordered arraying of cBN grits including horizontal spacing (△X), vertical spacing (△Z), alignment angle (α)and dislocation spacing (△Zv) are considered. And the orderly arraying monolayer brazed cBN grinding wheels were made with different orderly arraying forms. The grinding wheels were tested by grinding the hardened steel. The effect of the form for orderly arraying of cBN grits on the surface roughness of workpieces was analyzed. It is shown that the surface roughness is increased with the increase of ver- tical spacing (△Z), while the influence of horizontal spacing (△X) and alignment angle (α) on the surface roughness are small. With increasing the mesh number of abrasive, the surface roughness is also shown a decreasing trend.
