摘  要:首饰用千足硬金是近年来珠宝市场上出现的新品种,其硬度是普通千足金硬度的2~3倍,具有纯度高、耐磨性好、可塑性强的优点。目前市场上硬金产品的生产工艺主要分为电铸法和熔金冶炼法两种,但就其具体的工艺而言,商家一直秘而不宣。笔者在查阅了大量相关文献的基础上,借鉴其他金属材料学科提高材料硬度的手段,提出了通过黄金时效强化、黄金表面覆TiN膜等生产硬金的可行性新方案,希望能为以后的研究者研究硬金制造工艺提供一个参考。The 999‰ hard gold is a new kind of products in recent jewelry industry, which hardness is 2-3 times higher than traditional gold and has the advantages of high purity, good abrasion resistance and plasticity. The present manufacturing technique of hard gold can be divided into electroforming method and molten gold smelting on the market, because it is hidden from a business perspective, the specific process of hard gold has become academic problem of jewelry. On the basis of reading a large number of relevant literature and referencing to the way of strengthening other metal materials, this paper puts forward some feasible scheme to improve gold hardness, such as aged strengthening, TiN film covering, with the hooe of providing reference for the subsequent researchers.
