Effect of Different Nutritional Levels on Performance,Serum Biochemical Parameters and Some Hormone Contents in Saanen Dairy Goat

摘  要:采取单因子3水平的试验设计方法,将36只2月龄(体重15kg)的萨能奶山羊羔羊,按性别各半原则分3组补饲不同营养水平的精饲料,并测定其生产性能、血清中的生化指标及激素含量。结果表明:补饲不同营养水平的精饲料对萨能奶山羊养分摄入、增重、血清生化及激素含量均产生影响。随着精饲料营养水平的提高,日增重也逐渐提高,但公羊日增重是生长前期高于生长后期,而母羊则生长前期低于生长后期。萨能奶山羊3~5月龄公羊适宜精饲料营养水平为DE3.14MC/kg,CP19.59%,母羊DE3.16MC/kg,CP23.53%;6~9月龄公羊DE 3.04MC/kg,CP13.41%,母羊DE3.12MC/kg,CP15.96%。Biochemical parameters and hormones in animal serum is the material basis of life activities of the organism, its content and change are the important biological features, reflecting the metabolism of nu- trients in the process. The single factor 3 level of test design method was adopted, and 36 saanen lambs of only 2 months (weight 15 kg)were divided into three treatment groups, each was fed supplementary feeding with high, medium and low nutrition level of concentrate, and then the performance, biochemical indexes and hormone levels in serum were determined. The results show that different levels of diet nutritions af- fected the performance, serum biochemical parameters and reproductive hormone contents. With the nutri- tion level raised, the average daily gain increased gradually. The ram weight gain of the earlier stage is higher than the late stage, but that of the ewes is contrary, the suitable feed nutrition level of Saanen in 3 ~5 months is DE 3. 14 MC/kg, CP 19.59%(ram),DE 3. 16 MC/kg, CP 23.53% (ewe); The suitable feed nutrition level of Saanen in 6~9 months is DE 3.04 MC/kg, CP 13.41%(ram), DE 3.12 MC/kg, CP 15.96% (ewe).
