摘　　要：目的为患者提供规范、安全、高效的入院检查。方法采用信息化技术,改进入院检查流程中的医嘱预存系统,优化检查流程。通过入院检查医嘱门诊预存,MRI、CT等检查提前预约,建立医、技、护及部门之间信息共享平台等一系列措施。结果医嘱预存系统改进后,入院前等待检查时间缩短,MRI、CT的等待及检查时间由原来的2d缩短到1d,检查人数增加,2011年共完成入院检查20248例次,比2010年增加5200例次。结论改进后的医嘱预存系统,医嘱规范、完善,检查流程固化,实现信息资源共享,各检查环节紧凑、高效,从而有效缩短患者的入院检查时间,提高工作效率。Objective To provide a standardized,safe and high-efficient check-up service for patient admission. Methods The pre-set order system was improved using information technology to optimize the preadmission check-up process. The patients could appoint the preadmission check-up such as MRI and CT through the pre-set order system. Results After the ：improvement of the pre-set order system,the waiting time for preadmission check-up was shortened from two days to one day. Totally 20248 cases of preadmission check-up were conducted in 2011,and the number increased by 5200 compared with the number in 2010. Conclusions The improvement of pre-set order system can standardize the preadmission orders, optimize the process of preadmission check-up,realize information resources sharing, and thereby to shorten the waiting time of preadmission check-up and improve efficiency.
