The young girls' sexual problems have been the focus of narrative in a group of classic or popular American literary works since the 1960s. These works successfully depict a group of typical images of young girls who are eager to transform into sexy girls and extremely anxious about their ephebogenesis. Using ideas borrowed from a psychology research by Mary Pipher who is a famous psychologist in contemporary America, these young girls can be called the sick young girls who believe in lookism, that is, judging people by their physical looks. This article discusses the sexual narration about the young girls who try their best to be seen as sexy beauties to the ultimate anxiety and even self-harm in these literary works. According to the logic of human lust in the consumer society, the young girls are treated as most beautiful consumer goods to fulfill people's sexual urges.
