摘  要:安徽铜陵某冶炼铜渣物相组成复杂,嵌布粒度细,属难选铜渣。试验确定了优先浮铜、选铜尾矿再回收铁的工艺流程。经小型闭路试验,获得铜精矿品位为46.34%、回收率为83.63%;铁精矿品位为52.21%,回收率为33.90%的良好试验指标。A mixed copper slag from Tongling, Anhui, is refractory one due to its complex minerals composition and its fine particle dissemination sizes. The process flow of the priority floating of copper and then iron recovery from the copper tailings was determined by experiment. The small closed -circuit experiment obtained a copper concentrate with the grade of 46.34% and the recovery of 83. 63% and an iron concentrate with the grade of 52. 21% and the recovery of 33.90% ,the indexes were good.
