摘 要:大型机械化矿井通风系统复杂,风流调节难度大,采用传统的风流调节方法难以达到良好的效果。针对某大型机械化矿井盘区二级风机机站难以设置、盘区作业风量分配不均的难题,应用矿用空气幕建立了硐室型风机机站,有效替代有风墙辅扇。现场应用研究结果表明,硐室型风机机站能在不影响无轨运输设备运行和人员通行的情况下,作业盘区的进风量从47.7m3/s增加到75m3/s,实现了风量的合理分配,及时排出了井下作业产生的污浊空气,改善了作业环境,具有较好的推广应用前景。In large- scale mechanized mine, ventilation system is complex and airflow regulation is of great difficulty, so the common method of airflow regulation is difficult to achieve good results. In view of the problems existing in some large-scale mechanized mine, such as two-stage fan stations in panel are difficult to set and the air distribution is uneven in working faces,cavern type fan station was structured by applying mine air curtain,which, can efficiently sub- stitute for fan station with wind wall. The results of field application showed that cavern type fan station can improve the intake air of working panel from 47.7 m^3/s to 75 m^3/s without disturbance to trackless transporting and walking, realize reasonable distribution o{ air volume,the dirty air in underground working face can be discharged timely, and the environment of working face is improved. It has good application prospects.
