摘 要:选择合适的均压电容值是多断口真空断路器开断能力的重要保证。针对126 kV模块化三断口真空断路器,根据电位分布计算结果,分析确定采用U型布置方式。采用有限元法计算了U型三断口真空断路器的分布电容参数,并通过工频分压特性试验验证了计算的准确性,根据静态分压比计算结果选择了合适的静态均压电容值。建立了双断口真空断路器动态仿真模型,仿真结果表明:动态均压设计应该考虑残余电荷(residual charge,RC)的影响,其影响程度与各断口RC参数的差异特性有关。根据暂态恢复电压分配比计算结果选择了合适的动态均压电容值。综合考虑静、动态均压要求和其他相关因素,三断口真空断路器均压电容值选取为1000pF,并通过合成开断试验验证了均压的有效性。Selecting the appropriate value of grading capacitors is an important guarantee for the breaking capacity of a multi-break vacuum circuit breaker. To construct a 126kV modular triple-break vacuum circuit breaker, the U-shaped arrangement was selected based on the calculation results of potential distribution. Then the distributed capacitance parameters of the U-shaped arrangement were calculated by using the finite element method and the results were verified by measured results of power frequency voltage distribution tests. The appropriate value of grading capacitors for static voltage sharing design was selected according to the calculation results of static voltage distribution ratios. A dynamic simulation model of the double-break vacuum circuit breaker was established. The simulation results indicate that the dynamic voltage sharing design should take the influence of the residual charge (RC) into account, and the influence is relevant to the differences of RC parameters among breaks. The appropriate value of grading capacitors for dynamic voltage sharing design was selected according to the calculation results of transient recovery voltage (TRV) distribution ratios. Considering the requirements of static and dynamic voltage sharing designs and other concerned factors, the appropriate value of grading capacitors for the U-shaped vacuum circuit breaker was decided to be 1000pF and the effectiveness was verified by synthetic breaking tests.
